Reiki With Marinela — 1:1 Session (60 Minutes)

Description

A private 60-minute Reiki session created as a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and receive.

You don’t need to arrive feeling calm, clear, or spiritually connected. You can simply come as you are.

During our session, I will work with Reiki and intuitive energy practices while holding a quiet, supportive space for you. Depending on what feels appropriate for the session, the experience may include energetic grounding, chakra-focused work, intuitive observations, and periods of silence or gentle guidance.

• One private 60-minute Reiki session
• Reiki energy work tailored to the session
• Chakra-focused energetic work when appropriate
• Grounding and energetic balancing practices
• Silent or gently guided periods depending on the session
• Time at the end to integrate and discuss anything that came up

This session may be especially supportive when you feel:

• Emotionally or energetically overwhelmed
• Disconnected from yourself
• In need of stillness and space
• Drawn toward deeper grounding and reconnection
• Ready to receive rather than constantly do

There is nothing you need to perform, prove, or force during the session. Your experience may be subtle or noticeable, deeply peaceful or simply quiet. There is no “right” way to receive Reiki.
